Delhi railway division is one of the six railway divisions under the jurisdiction of Northern Railway zone of the Indian Railways. It was formed in 1952 and its headquarter are located at New Delhi. The division is headed by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), based at DRM Office, State entry Road, near New Delhi railway station (Pahar Ganj side). The current Divisional Railway Manager of Delhi Division is Pushpesh Raman Tripathi.
The award for the month of January 2025 was given to the team for their outstanding contribution in ensuring the smooth operation of the new train services launched in the Delhi region.
February 2025 saw an exceptional performance by the maintenance team, who successfully completed a major overhaul of the Delhi Junction platform.
The March 2025 award was presented to the operations team for improving the punctuality and efficiency of train schedules, which led to a significant reduction in delays.
